Don't Leave Me Alone With Needles

I got bored and just pierced my ear. It didn't hurt as bad as expected, and now I kinda want a nose piercing, but i don't have the correct stud for it with me tonight.

Crew Socks?? Say What??

So my new High School and the nearby Middle School are like sister schools, graduate one; go to the other. As a transfer student I am hearing all the stories and slang from middle school and freshman year.

One trend I really just do not understand though is that the supposed popular girls in the middle school would wear Vans crew socks with their Vans shoes and...uniform?? The group themselves were nicknamed the "Crew Socks" and I still hear them referred to as that now, during sophomore year.

I just found this really interesting and just today realized that the High School "Crew Socks" group all wear white van shoes and skinny jeans or short shorts.

And guess what I wore today. That's right, white vans and skinny jeans! And I was subjected to a "matching shoes selfie" with the three other girls at my lunch group wearing the exact same shoes. Does this mean i'm popular?? Does taking a shoe selfie for instagram qualify me..and do i want to be known as a "white vans" girl?

This weekend some serious shopping is in order. I can hear Doc's and some high top Converse calling my name...IM COMING BABIES.

A Little Introduction For You

Hi hello, as suggested by the title, my name is Katie, and I am unsatisfied with my life, just like all of you teenage girls out there that go to a mediocre school and waste all your time online.

      A little introduction to why the heck i've made this blog when i am already obsessed with the facebook and tumblr: nobody cares about your thoughts on those. All everyone is obsessed with is having the most friends or likes on their photos or reaching their next thousand followers. And anytime I write in my journal, I feel so all alone. Just my journal and I. *has mini pity party for myself*  (also my mom has been pestering to blog my thoughts because she finds them hilarious)

     So here I am! This isn't going to be a gossip blog or anything like that. Just some thoughts and opinions on day to day trends, my life, and some swanky photos here and there.
